Chocolate Sauce |

Sweet Dessert Sauce
Ingredients
1 1/2 pints water
375 grams of 70% chocolate
600 grams sugar
180 grams cocoa powder
Method
Place the sugar and water in a pan and heat until the sugar has dissolved.
Remove from the heat and add the cocoa powder.
Pour onto the chopped chocolate until the chocolate dissolves.
Leave to one side.
To be extra decadent you can add 150 ml double cream after the chocolate has dissolved!
