When it comes to parking fines most of us have tales of deep injustice to tell. The actor Tom Conti hasn鈥檛 been spared which is why he鈥檚 supporting a new Parking Manifesto. It calls for simpler parking signs on the roads, compensation for drivers when tickets are given out unfairly and investigations into councils where the fines are excessive.
