Questions over quality of government funded schemes

In England, the Government has committed 拢900 million of taxpayers' money to a scheme designed to help the construction industry and to bring millions of brand new, much-needed homes onto the market. But some are worried that these new homes could end up being of poor quality especially as one Government advisory body has given low ratings to some of the new developments which have been approved.
Guests:
Sir Bob Kerslake, Homes and Communities Agency
Matt Bell, Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment
David Birkbeck
