We鈥檝e had the European Capital of Culture听 Glasgow in 1990 Liverpool in 2008 - and now on You and Yours we鈥檙e going to announce the shortlist for the UK City of Culture. And we鈥檙e going to do it live. Well, the Culture Minister Margaret Hodge is going to do it on the programme. She is joined by Phil Redmond听who was Creative Director for Liverpool in 2008 . He chairs that City of Culture Advisory Panel. He鈥檚 said to have lobbied ministers to create this new title UK Capital of Culture.
