Nice shots, particularly the top one. I assume the lighted structure is a house by an inlet, but why is it so lit up? For purposes of picture taking? Very good shot of the moon and cloud underlining it. Thanks for sharing, Arnish.

The building is the Coastguard Station, MJC.
Arnish Lighthouse from Stornoway
I have been in Lewis since late 2004 and am observing life on this fascinating island from an outsider's perspective. I look out at the lighthouse every day - as it looks out over the island and the sea.
