Farewell Team & Friends

Well,
Time is fast approaching when we depart, this section if for my Work colleges and Friend's whom I have been with some 19 years now.
I would like to thank you ALL for the get together and bowling on Monday also your kind gifts, I was speechless and cant thank you enough.
Each one of you have contributed so much in the success within the Property Department, and none of it would have been acheivable without you....Firstly Lou & Dave thank you so much for your loyaly and hard work you both will never be forgotten, especially Lou you have excelled yourself over and above the call of duty (thank you Mate).
Secondly, My Girl's Irene & Debbie, everything I have throw at you through all the changes made and you still never complain, and rise about all challenges thank you for you dedication.....Not forgetting Cat you are a little trooper I will miss you all.......and our chats Irene. OH now forgetting my little Sarah? Im glad you are back in the business eventhough you should have been one of my Girls the business is a much better place with you in it.....I will miss that laugh.
Thirdly Richard and Ben even though you are quite new to the department you have demonstrated an urgency to get things done, never loose that urgency and attention to detail......Congrat Richard in you new role.
Tanya & Estate team thanks for your continued support in the last couple of years.....and very best wishes for the future

Bill, As you know I have not seen my parents for over 30 years now, you have been more than a Father to me, with your advise and help.
Steve & Darren.......From Boy's to Men, remember that one day you would work for me !!! Well you did and you have a very successful business thank you for everything and don't forget that flying visit.
Mark & Gregg........True proffessionals to the end you have worked so hard to maintain great standards under very difficult situations, thank you for everything.
Steve R..........I will miss our chats you have been one of the longer serving people in our business and always true to you word, dont forget to bring that Horse of a Dog with you?
Phil..........What can I say we said you can do it and you did, you have acheived great status and a great Company, thank you for looking after our account and long may it continue.
Bob & Martin, The newest of our companies to join I am so glad we met you are a great pair of Chaps, and great company too thank you for everything.
It has been a pleasure and Honour knowing and woking with all of you, THANK YOU for everything.

Well 'son', you haven't done too bad have you? Hope you all stay fit and happy, I personally think you are MAD (but what do I know)! Seriously though, it's been a priviledge working with you and I look forward to hearing from you soon.Remember - if you need any help ask someone else !

RightO Fred: the time is near. Remember what the pedals are for, and don't confuse the brake with the accelerator, excitement notwithstanding. Also, hope they let you onto Lewis. There are rumors that the quotas for immigrants from south of the border have already been filled. Could you pass for a dentist, perhaps? That should do the trick.
