This thriller revolves around three arms dealers in Asia: Ali (Arbaaz Khan), Abbas (Sanjay Kapoor) and Laila (Ishaa Koppikar).

With American secret agents keeping a close eye on Europe, India seems a heavenly route for the arms dealers to smuggle their consignments into Russia.

Akram Sheikh (Sunil Shetty), a CBI officer is given the task of cracking down on two specific warlords before they can complete their arms deal.

He succeeds in the process.

As a result Ali and Abbas are put under pressure from the buyers to either supply the arms or refund their money.

So they decide to plan a dangerous game which will not only earn them a large sum but also give them an opportunity to escape from India.

Rahul (Aashish Chowdhary) is a scientist who is in the process of creating an anti-virus.

This will help save lives in case of a biological or a chemical warfare.

But unknown to Rahul, this deadly virus is smuggled out of the laboratory and lands into the hands of the criminals, putting the city under immediate threat.

CBI officer, Akram once again takes charge which requires the help of Rachit (Ajay Devgan), a convict responsible for the high-tech robberies which took place in Mumbai.

Having worked with the dealers Ali and Abbas in the past, Rachit proves to be the right man for Akram's assignment.

So a dangerous journey begins to unfold, in a desperate attempt to save millions of lives.
