(Udita Goswami) is a 21 year old girl from the village who is given
the task of finding this six year old child, by the name of Lamho
(Madan Bhiku).
Her
mission is to bring the child back to the monastery.
Kaya
has grown up in a disciplined environment of Spiti. Her strict father
(Dr. Mohan Agashe) has already etched out a path which will lead
her to the true meaning of life and reincarnation to a higher level
in her next birth.
Despite
her strict upbringing, Kaya secretly longs to experience what being
in love would be like.
Meanwhile,
Lamho becomes the key witness to a murder case being investigated

Shiven and Lamho in the peaceful
village of Spiti

Kaya's
philosophical and religious beliefs begin to clash with Shiven's
practical outlook on life when they meet in New Delhi. But strangely
she becomes drawn to this man.
As
matters from the murder case gets complicated, it becomes unsafe
for Lamho and Kaya to stay in Delhi.
It
is now up to Shiven to take these two people safely back to Spiti.
But during their escape from Delhi, Shiven suffers from serious
injuries.
So
when they reach their destination, he is forced to stay with the
monks in Spiti.
As
time passes, he manages to come close to Kaya, much to her father's
dismay.
But
on their trail are certain people who would stop at nothing to get
their hands on these three characters.
Soon,
the surreal surroundings of the village is broken by the sounds
of gun shots. . . .
Kaya
must now make a choice. She either follows her heart which will
give her happiness in this birth or sacrifice everything for a better
future at a higher level after reincarnation.
