大象传媒 cannot take responsibility for any technical failure or any other problem which may result in details being lost or for any information which is entered incorrectly. We will do our best to rectify any errors.
The 大象传媒 cannot cover any of the costs relating to your performance (e.g. travel, venue hire).
The 大象传媒 cannot take responsibility for Health and Safety at your performance, so please make sure your performance is safe, both for the performers and the audience. This is particularly important if you are performing in an unusual location (e.g. in a car park)
Your performance must comply with all current relevant safety requirements including those issued by the Health & Safety Commission and Executive and the Home Office. You must arrange and maintain adequate insurance with a reputable insurer, including Public Liability Insurance, with appropriate scope of cover. If your performance involves children you must apply a Child Protection Policy and carry out CRB checks as appropriate.
The 大象传媒 may want to record, film or take photographs at your event. By entering your details for inclusion as a Sing Hallelujah performance you agree that the 大象传媒 can record, film or take photographs at your event and can use the audio, photographs and footage in any way it sees fit.
By registering your performance you must agree to take part in post or pre-event publicity.
By registering your performance you must supply the 大象传媒 with feedback about your event if requested.
If you produce any promotional materials or a press release you must contact the Sing Hallelujah team for approval: singhallelujah@bbc.co.uk
The name of the performance or concert cannot feature the name of a commercial sponsor, and no element of the performance/concert should attach the 大象传媒 brand to any commercial products or activity or suggest 大象传媒 endorsement of any commercial product or activity;
The 大象传媒 reserves the right to change or cancel the Sing Hallelujah project at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control. Should the project be cancelled or changed, the 大象传媒 is not liable for any loss of money and expense incurred.
The personal details you provide will only be used in relation to the Sing Hallelujah project. Your details will be held and processed securely by the 大象传媒 in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The 大象传媒 will not publish your personal details or provide them to anyone without permission.
