Sheffield half marathon route map

The Route

:: The run starts at Don Valley Stadium on Worksop Road, and continues down Princess St, past Victoria Quays and into town. The runners go down Pond Street towards Bramall Lane, down Ecclesall Road and to Hunters Bar roundabout where the home strait begins.

:: The run home from Hunters Bar goes back down Ecclesall Road, down Charter Row, past Division Street and through town to the Park Square roundabout, then back down Furnival Road towards Princess Street and home to the Don Valley Arena... and then once round the track for good measure!

The 13.1 mile run started at 9.30am on Sunday 26 April 2009.

Spectator and competitor parking is available at the Sheffield Arena; ten minutes walk from the Don Valley Stadium where the race begins and ends. For more information, visit the Sheffield Half Marathon website, follow the link below.
