Glamorgan will begin the defence of the One Day Cup trophy with two matches at Neath in August.

The games against Hampshire and Derbyshire are again the only home fixtures away from their Cardiff headquarters in a campaign in which they hope to repeat their 2024 title win.

The men鈥檚 season starts with a County Championship Division Two game at home to Leicestershire on Friday 4 April.

The newly-formed Glamorgan women鈥檚 team make their bow in the Metro Bank One Day Cup against Sussex on 19 April, also at Sophia Gardens.

The venues for their other home 50-overs fixtures in League Two are to be decided, with the tournament culminating in a final at Worcester.

The men鈥檚 side travel to play Bristol to face Gloucestershire in round two of the Championship, followed by the popular trip to take on Middlesex the following week.

Extra four-day games will be played in the middle of summer with two rounds in late July added to the two in June.

A rare visit to Old Trafford, to face relegated Lancashire, starts on 29 July.

Glamorgan finished sixth of the eight teams in Division Two in 2024.

The men's One Day Cup competition has also undergone a shake-up for 2025 with Derbyshire, Hampshire and Worcestershire joining Glamorgan's group, swapping places with Sussex, Warwickshire and Yorkshire.

Notts Outlaws, Essex, Surrey, Gloucestershire and Leicestershire Foxes will continue to provide the other opposition in Group A.

Glamorgan director of cricket Mark Wallace said: 鈥淕etting the full list of fixtures is always an exciting point of the year as you start to look forward to the season. We look forward to trying to defend our Metro Bank One Day Cup trophy when we get around to August.鈥

Glamorgan head of women and girls cricket Aimee Rees said: 鈥淚t鈥檚 great to see the men鈥檚 and women鈥檚 competition on an equal footing.

"The women鈥檚 squad are excited to be playing in the Metro Bank One Day Cup alongside the Glamorgan Men鈥檚 team. This is another big stride for the women鈥檚 game here at Glamorgan.鈥
