Isle of Man cyclist Andy Roche maintained his unbeaten record at the Island Games time trial on Thursday.
Roche, who has never been beaten in the event in nine Games, also won the team gold, and said he was happy to maintain his record.
"There were a lot of strong riders in the competition, so to win the individual and the team gold is great," he said.
The Isle of Man ladies claimed silver in the same event.
On the athletics track, Harriet Pryke added 200m gold to her 400m crown from Tuesday.
In the pool, there was a silver for Charlotte Atkinson in 200m butterfly and a bronze for shooters Julie Leyton and Ranita Szymanska in the women's 25m sport pistol.
The final day of competition on Friday will see the Isle of Man team competing in finals of the athletics, shooting, badminton, mountain biking and women's football.
Going in to the final day, Guernsey lead the medal table with 30 golds, followed by Jersey and the Isle of Man, both with 20.
The Faroe Islands, who topped the board two years ago, are currently fourth with 19 golds.
