Ulster skiers have clinched five medals at the Special Olympics World Winter Games in South Korea.

Portadown woman Rosalind Connolly won gold in the Novice Super G event with her fellow Armagh man Ryan Hill taking two silvers in Intermediate Super B.

Lisburn woman Lucy Best won her first international medal by taking two bronzes in the women's intermediate Super G.

The Northern Ireland trio won three medals on Saturday and two on Sunday.

Richhill man Hill's silver brought up his haul of international medals to an impressive six.

Hill won his second silver of the Games on Sunday after finishing second in the intermediate Giant Slalom event.

Best secured her second bronze in the same category for women.
