Leicester City defender Jack Hobbs has completed his move to Hull City on a three-year deal.

The 22-year-old made 13 appearances for the Tigers, under former Foxes boss Nigel Pearson, on loan last season.

It is understood a fee of around 拢850,000 has been agreed for the former Liverpool youngster, which could eventually rise to 拢1m.

Veteran target man Dele Adebola, 36, who is out of contract, has also moved to Hull on a one-year deal.

Adebola, who was a 拢1m player when Trevor Francis signed him for Birmingham City from Crewe Alexandra in February 1998, has spent most of his career in the second tier of English football.

After a loan spell at Oldham, he left Blues for Crystal Palace in August 2002 and has since played for Coventry City, Burnley, Bradford City, Bristol City and Nottingham Forest.

Midfielder Paul McKenna, who was with Adebola at Forest last season is also expected to move to the KC Stadium.

McKenna, 33, who is also available on a free transfer, is set to sign a two-year deal.

Hobbs was signed by Liverpool from Lincoln City on his 17th birthday for a reported 拢750,000 in 2005.

He was loaned to Scunthorpe in January 2008, then to Leicester in the year before signing a permanent deal in April 2009.
