Boss Steve Davis to introduce yoga at Crewe Alexandra

Crewe manager Steve Davis is set to introduce yoga sessions to training.
Davis, who replaced Dario Gradi as Alex boss on 10 November, .
"They're not a very flexible bunch," he told 大象传媒 Radio Stoke. "If you can help flexibility, you prolong their careers.
"It will cut down the injuries and strengthen areas where they're weak at the moment. It's something different and it will freshen things up."

Crewe have bounced back from four straight defeats by winning their first two matches in League Two under former Nantwich Town manager Davis against Morecambe and Hereford.
With the Alex already out of the FA Cup, they do not play again until 10 December when they travel to struggling Northampton.
"They need a rest because it's been a really tough two weeks in terms of the tempo and the level of training," added Davis.
"They'll be working hard on Thursday and Friday and then we'll decide what we do at the weekend. Perhaps we'll let them go shopping with their wives and girlfriends."
