Cardiff City have had a bid turned down for Blackpool winger Matt Phillips, 大象传媒 Wales understands.
It is believed the Bluebirds' Championship rivals have rejected an offer of around 拢800,000.
Phillips, 20, has scored seven goals in his last six games for Blackpool, which includes two hat-tricks.
