Brighton and Hove Albion defender Adam El-Abd believes Wayne Bridge will have a major impact on the team.
The former England international left-back, 32, has joined the Seagulls on a season-long loan from Manchester City.
El-Abd told 大象传媒 Sussex: "He's played at the top and has massive experience so we can all learn from him.
"You don't play as many games in the top flight as he has without having ability and class. It's great to have him here and a part at Brighton."
Meanwhile El-Abd has backed Tommy Elphick to settle in quickly at AFC Bournemouth after leaving Brighton for an undisclosed fee.
"It's a great move for Tommy," El-Abd continued. "This time last year he was on the injury table with me and spent a year out.
"He's got a three-year deal and is going to play some first-team football.
"It will be great for him to go and play some games. He came back well from a serious injury so we wish him all the best.
"You never know how football works. He could have a storming six months and be back in the Championship before you know it."
