Notts County 1-1 Crewe
John Cofie scored on his debut for managerless Notts County to earn them a draw with in-form Crewe Alexandra.
County, who sacked Keith Curle six days earlier, fell behind when Gavin Mahon fouled AJ Leitch-Smith and captain Luke Murphy scored from the spot.
Alan Judge hit the bar with a 30-yard drive for the hosts before Cofie levelled matters on 57 minutes.
The on-loan Manchester United striker, who signed on Friday, pounced on Adam Dugdale's error to net the equaliser.
Notts, in 11th, remain a place above Crewe in the League One table, after Cofie's equaliser at Meadow Lane denied the Alex a third win in eight days.
VIEW FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Notts County caretaker manager Chris Kiwomya told 大象传媒 Radio Nottingham:
"I thought first half we were overplaying and they controlled the game from their defensive third.
"We asked questions of them in the second half and I thought we could have nicked it.
"I was very happy to get a point and just keep in the running.
"The lads deserve a lot of credit for the second half performance."
