Danny Wright to leave Wrexham for Forest Green Rovers
Wrexham striker Danny Wright has agreed to join Blue Square Bet Premier rivals Forest Green Rovers on a two-year deal, with the option of a third.
The 28-year-old spent the last two seasons with the Welsh club, scoring 23 goals in 80 appearances.
Wright was sidelined for their play-off campaign after dislocating his elbow in the game against Braintree.
Wrexham missed out on a place in the Football League after losing to Newport in Sunday's play-off final.
Forest Green manager Dave Hockaday told 大象传媒 Gloucestershire: "I could go on and on about what he brings to the game, but basically he scores goals and is a winner.
"I know he's an impeccable character as I've known him for a long time. I'm delighted to have got him early and he's bought in to what we're about."
