Lee Novak set for Huddersfield Town exit

Huddersfield Town striker Lee Novak is set to leave the Championship side after failing to agree terms on a new deal with the club.
The 24-year-old is out of contract at the end of June.
and scored 42 goals in 172 games.
"Lee has been tremendous for us over the past four seasons and we are sorry to see him leave."
