Scott Kashket's equaliser was the 19-year-old's first senior goal

Substitute Scott Kashket completed Leyton Orient's fightback from 2-0 down to rescue a point against an Oxford side that finished with 10 men.

Kemar Roofe's close-range finish and former Orient loanee John Lundstram's deflected shot off Connor Essam put the U's two goals up before the break.

Jay Simpson's header made it 2-1 before Jordan Graham received his second caution with 23 minutes remaining.

Kashket, 19, met a Ollie Palmer cross to nod home the injury-time equaliser.

Leyton Orient manager Ian Hendon told 大象传媒 Radio London:

Hendon post Oxford

"It was definitely a game of two halves, we changed our shape and it obviously didn't work.

"It was nothing to do with the shape the way we conceded the goals, two soft goals again.

"Second half, we went back to the three in midfield, took both wingers off, and got a performance."
