Queens Park Rangers co-chairman Ruben Gnanalingam has increased his shareholding in the club to 33%.

The Malaysian businessman holds the shares in QPR Holdings Limited, the Championship club's parent company, through Total Soccer Growth Sdn Bhd.

Co-chairman Tony Fernandes' company QPR Asia Sdn Bhd has reduced its shareholding from 69% to 55%.

Sea Dream Ltd's shareholding, which represents the Mittal family, has reduced from 30% to 11%.

Gnanalingam became co-chairman of the west London club last summer, having been a major shareholder since Fernandes became chairman at Loftus Road in 2011.
