Bristol Rovers have signed striker Jonson Clarke-Harris for an undisclosed fee and midfielder Abu Ogogo on a free transfer, both from League One rivals Coventry City.

Rovers have not revealed the length of the contracts agreed for either of the arrivals from the Sky Blues.

Coventry academy product Clarke-Harris, 24, has netted six times in 29 appearances this season.

Ogogo, 29, has played 400 competitive games in his 11-year career so far.

He spent six years at Dagenham and Redbridge before moving to Shrewsbury in 2015 and joined Coventry last July.

"Abu is also a great character that will provide a boost in the changing rooms and real warrior on the pitch, which is exactly what we need in our current situation," Rovers manager Graham Coughlin told the club website.

"Jonson is a player that I have worked with before and someone who I believe is a top player at this level."
