Aberystwyth Town 3-1 Flint Town United: Aberystwyth fought back to claim a first Cymru Premier win of the season against promoted Flint. Connor Harwood put the visitors ahead after 32 minutes, but Jonathan Evans - whose dad was watching on from an open-top bus - levelled just before half-time. Matthew Jones' penalty early in the second half put Aberystwyth in front before Lee Jenkins sealed victory.

Barry Town United 3-1 Caernarfon Town: Kayne McLaggon scored twice as Barry claimed their first victory of the new Cymru Premier campaign. McLaggon struck either side of a Curtis McDonald goal to give Gavin Chesterfield's team a 3-0 lead before Mike Hayes scored a consolation goal for Caernarfon, whose unbeaten start came to an end.
Haverfordwest County 2-2 Newtown: Newtown claimed a first point of the season as they were twice pegged back by promoted Haverfordwest. Nick Rushton put the visitors ahead before half-time, but on-loan Cardiff City youngster Danny Williams equalised from the penalty spot. Kieran Mills-Evans restored Newtown's lead on 73 minutes only for Williams to get his second four minutes later.

The New Saints 2-0 Cardiff Met: The New Saints went top of the table as they made it two wins from two in the Cymru Premier this season. Adrian Cieslewicz rounded the keeper to put the hosts ahead a minute before half-time. The Saints forward had a big hand in the second goal on 59 minutes, as his cross was deflected into the net by Cardiff Met's Liam Black. Met defender Brad Woolridge saw red after receiving a second booking late on.
Connah's Quay Nomads 1-0 Penybont: Connah's Quay put the controversy surrounding their Europa League tie against Dinamo Tbilisi behind them as they claimed a first Cymru Premier victory of the season. Kris Owens' crisp finish from the edge of the area on 31 minutes was enough to see Andy Morrison's team move on to four points from two games having drawn with Bala in their only previous league outing in 2020-21.
Bala Town 2-1 Cefn Druids: Cefn Druids began their season with agonising defeat as Nathan Peate scored a stoppage-time goal against his old club to give Bala victory. Druids were late starters in 2020-21 after their first two games of the campaign were postponed because they failed to fully adhere to the league's Safer Return to Play protocols. Will Evans put Bala ahead on 29 minutes but Naim Arsan's 64th-minute strike looked to have earned the visitors a point until the dramatic climax, which also saw both sides reduced to 10 men. Bala's Antony Kay was dismissed before Aaron Simpson followed him down the tunnel.
