Norwich City playmaker Emi Buendia has been named the Championship player of the season for 2020-21.

Argentine midfielder Buendia, 24, has scored 14 league goals and provided 16 assists this season, helping the Canaries win promotion back to the Premier League at the first attempt.

Cambridge United's Paul Mullin was named player of the year in League Two.

Buendia won the Championship award ahead of Canaries team-mate Teemu Pukki and another striker, Brentford's Ivan Toney.

Clarke-Harris has scored 29 times and played a key part in helping Posh to the verge of promotion, while Mullin's 29 goals in have put Cambridge on the brink of going up from the fourth tier with two games remaining.

Reading midfielder Michael Olise was named young player of the season, while Bradford City's Lee Novak won the goal of the season for his spectacular overhead kick against Grimsby Town in December.
