Romoney Crichlow & Ryan de Havilland: Peterborough sign Huddersfield defender and Barnet midfielder
Peterborough United have signed Huddersfield defender Romoney Crichlow and midfielder Ryan de Havilland from National League side Barnet.
Crichlow, 24, has agreed a two-year deal and will complete the move when his contract with the Terriers expires.
Posh have paid an undisclosed fee for 22-year-old De Havilland, who scored nine goals in 71 games for the Bees.
De Havilland, who came through as a youth player at Fulham, has signed a four-year contract with Posh.
"We think we have a good player on our hands," Peterborough boss Darren Ferguson told
"He is a box-to-box midfield player, he has a good engine and he is both footed, which is very rare these days."
Crichlow only made four league appearances for Huddersfield and spent last season on loan in League Two with Mark Hughes' Bradford City, making 41 appearances and scoring one goal.
"When I met the manager, he did a very good presentation about how I would fit in here and it really was an easy decision after that," he said.
"I really enjoyed my loan at Bradford last season, I managed to play a lot of games and we obviously reached the play-offs. For me now, it is about the next stage."
