Midfielder Massey signs 'long-term' Millwall deal
Millwall midfielder Alfie Massey has signed a new "long-term" contract with the Championship club.
The 18-year-old made his professional debut in the Lions' 1-0 win away at Portsmouth in the Carabao Cup first round on Tuesday.
He was replaced by George Saville after 65 minutes with Millwall leading.
"Alfie has shown his qualities as a person - his training standards are immaculate," Millwall boss Neil Harris told the club's
"They're top drawer and that is something I expect from young players at this club. He is a really good player and has huge potential."
Massey was an unused substitute in Millwall's opening-day 3-2 defeat at home to Watford in the Championship.
