Salford City midfielder Kelly N'Mai says his recent good form is the result of feeling confident in his abilities.
The 20-year-old Dutchman, who made his debut for Salford in 2021, signed a new two-year contract with the club in the summer.
N'Mai, who came through Salford's academy, made 28 League Two appearances last term and carried on his form into 2024-25, earning a nomination for the League Two Player of the Month award last month.
"Confidence is key for any forward - if you're confident then you start hitting things cleaner, you get in the right positions, it's nothing to do with training," he told ´óÏó´«Ã½ Radio Manchester.
"It's just about feeling good in yourself and then you do the right things."
Having broken into the first team last season and scored three goals from 17 appearances in all competitions this term, N'Mai is dreaming big for his footballing future.
"Long term it's to get this club as high as possible," he added.
"If not the club then personal gain, get a move to the Premier League or Champions League and play for the Netherlands, that's the dream."
