Derby sign midfielder Osborn on two-year deal
Derby County have made former Sheffield United and Nottingham Forest midfielder Ben Osborn their first signing since sealing Championship promotion.
The Derby-born 29-year-old made 134 appearances over five years with Sheffield United and was released following their relegation from the Premier League last season.
He has signed a two-year contract with the Rams.
Osborn joined the Blades from Forest, where he featured 230 times and was assured cult-hero status after his first goal was a 92nd-minute winner against fierce rivals Derby at Pride Park in January 2015.
He has made a total of 364 career appearances, scoring 21 goals, bringing vital experience to Paul Warne's side.
