Barrow boss Stephen Clemence has been given a three-match touchline ban and fined 拢1,500 by the Football Association.
He was sent off late on in Saturday's 1-1 draw at Bromley in League Two and it was alleged he acted in an improper manner and used improper/insulting words to the fourth official and match referee.
The 46-year-old admitted the charges against him.
The Bluebirds are ninth in the league and face divisional rivals Doncaster Rovers in the FA Cup first round on Saturday.
