Gomez nears Sociedad move

Manchester City defender Sergio Gomez is close to joining Real Sociedad.
The 23-year-old joined City from Anderlecht for 拢11m in 2022.
However, Gomez has struggled to hold down a regular place in Pep Guardiola鈥檚 side and has started just two Premier League games.
It is anticipated Sociedad, who have qualified for this season鈥檚 Europa League will pay around 拢7.5m for Gomez.
