Middlesbrough sign Doak and Edmundson on loan
Middlesbrough have signed Scottish forward Ben Doak from Liverpool, and defender George Edmundson from Ipswich, both on season-long loans.
Doak, 18, has made 10 appearances for the Reds after joining from Celtic in 2022.
He made his Premier League debut in a 3-1 away win against Aston Villa on Boxing Day in 2022.
Edmundson, 27, played 10 games for the Tractor Boys last season as they won promotion from the Championship and has made one appearance in the Premier League this campaign.
The centre-back becomes Boro's eighth signing of the summer transfer window.
Middlesbrough travel to Cardiff City for a lunchtime kick-off in the Championship on Saturday.
