Chesterfield sign Markanday and Araujo on loan
Chesterfield have signed Blackburn winger Dilan Markanday and Fulham defender Harvey Araujo on a season-long loan deals.
Markanday, 22, scored three goals in 27 appearances for Rovers last season.
Araujo, 19, is yet to make his senior debut for the Premier League side but played four times for their under-21s in the EFL Trophy last season.
He is the second Cottagers youngster to join the League Two outfit on loan for the campaign after fellow defender Devan Tanton made the same move last week.
Both players could feature in Saturday's League Two trip to Crewe.
The Spireites drew their opening league match against Swindon 1-1 before losing to Derby 2-1 in the Carabao Cup on Tuesday.
