  1. Eliud Kipchoge鈥檚 returnpublished at 18:28 British Summer Time 16 April 2021

After suffering a rare marathon defeat in London last October, reigning Olympic champion Eliud Kipchoge will make his return at the NN Mission Marathon.

It will be his last race before the delayed 2020 Tokyo Games, with around 70 runners looking to make the Olympic qualification standard.

The race was originally due to take place in Hamburg on 11 April, but local Covid-19 restrictions meant it could not be staged in the German city. Instead, it takes place at Twente Airport in the Netherlands.
