Women's curlingpublished at 12:22 Greenwich Mean Time 19 February 2018

    GB 3-3 Switzerland (end 5)

Swiss player Esther Neuenschwander sends down arguably the stone of the match, missing another by millimetres before nudging GB's stone inside the button for the one point.

    Bobsleigh: Two-man

    John Jackson
Two-time Olympic bobsledder on ´óÏó´«Ã½ TV

I think if Francesco Friedrich can put a run in like he did on the first run he can put the turbo boots on for gold.

Austria, Finland, Germany and Switzerland are the traditional big four ski jumping nations, but Poland are rapidly becoming a major force.

Kamil Stoch has continued to impress since his Sochi Olympic double and joined his team-mates in securing world team gold last year.

Norway also contain previous medal winners and this could be a fascinating battle between an array of talented jumpers.

  4. Bobsleighpublished at 12:21 Greenwich Mean Time 19 February 2018

    Men's two-man bobsleigh

Run three is over - GB are 12th going into the final run which starts at 13:00 GMT.

  5. Korean into the lead?published at 12:20 Greenwich Mean Time 19 February 2018

    Men's 500m final

Now then Mo Tae-Bum, I see your frown and it's like looking down the barrel of a gun.

    And it goes off!

The Korean skater, Olympic champ in 2010, is fast, smooth - but no! He's only fourth.

  6. 'Not good enough for gold'published at 12:19 Greenwich Mean Time 19 February 2018

    Speed skating: Men's 500m

    Wilf O’Reilly MBE
Former British short track speed skater on ´óÏó´«Ã½ TV

Of course, Jan Smeekens had to wait for the second start. It looked to be as if he had made a mistake on that start and was always playing catch up.

I don't think it will be good enough for gold, that's what I am predicting.

  7. Speed Skatingpublished at 12:18 Greenwich Mean Time 19 February 2018

    Men's 500m final

New leader! Jan Smeekens of the Netherlands clocks 34.93! Can anyone match that?

Big cheers for Artur Nogal of Poland, who stacked it on the start line and is left for dead by his partner, Norway's Henrik Fagerli Rukke.

The plucky loser story never fails to get people cheering.

  9. 'That's unbelievable!'published at 12:16 Greenwich Mean Time 19 February 2018

    Men's 500m final

    Simon Brotherton
    Commentator on ´óÏó´«Ã½ TV

You have to feel for Artur Nogal here. You do all of that training, for years and months and then you come to the final and fall flat on your face right at the start.

He's barely left the start! That's unbelievable! He certainly made his mark on the Olympics - but not in the way he would have liked.

That has to be the shortest Olympic appearance from anyone here in Pyeungchang!

    Canada 1-0 OAR

Favourites Canada don't mess about - they are ahead already thanks to Jennifer Wakefield.

  11. Speed Skatingpublished at 12:13 Greenwich Mean Time 19 February 2018

    Men's 500m final

Artur Nogal went down on his second stride, his blade dug into the ice and he's made a mess of it frankly. They have to take a look at that surface.

  12. Speed Skatingpublished at 12:12 Greenwich Mean Time 19 February 2018

    Men's 500m final

Down he goes! Artur Nogal slips over after maybe a metre.

The crowd love this though as he gets up and finishes anyway, 23 seconds behind. Olympic spirit stuff...

  13. Postpublished at 12:10 Greenwich Mean Time 19 February 2018

    Men's 500m final

Still nobody can get near the 34-second mark and that lead held by Tsubasa Hasegawa...

Andrew Skingle: Regarding the Dutch domination of speed skating, this must be what it feels like for every other country to watch the Team GB cyclists in the velodrome during the summer games.

I can't overstate just how massive the track looks in this arena. Maybe I've been spending too much time at short track.

The competitors look like tiny ants.

Very fast tiny ants, wearing those morph suit things that you see on rowdy stag dos.

Anyway, Tsubasa Hasegawa of Japan still leads the way. Here come pair seven of 18.

There are fewer fans in the ‘premium’ seats at the finish line but further down thousands are packed along the track to try and catch a gimps of the super-speedy two-man bobsleighs!

'One of the great streaks in sport'published at 12:04 Greenwich Mean Time 19 February 2018

    Canada v OAR (12:10 GMT)

    Seth Bennett
    Commentator on ´óÏó´«Ã½ TV

Canada hold one of the great undefeated streaks in all sport. They have not lost an Olympic match since the final in 1998 when they lost 3-1 to USA in the gold medal game.

Since then they have collected four gold medals and are on course to make it five in a row if they can win today and then beat USA in the final.

I still think Eve Muirhead is playing well. You want your skip doing well - especially Eve because she has the ability to carry this team all the way through.
