Leeds Rhinos centre Sophie Robinson is leaving the Women's Super League club after seven years.

The 27-year-old has made 84 appearances for the Rhinos and scored 47 tries for the club during that time.

She has twice won the Women's Challenge Cup as well as playing in four Women's Super League Grand Finals, triumphing in one of those in 2022.

Robinson does not intend to play at all in 2025 in order to move to Australia for a year to recover from an injury.

"I have been so proud to represent my hometown club - when I went to the trials back in 2017 it was a dream of mine to play for Leeds Rhinos so when I got the email to say I was selected I was so proud,"

"Back then I probably wouldn't have expected to have some of the experiences I have had with this club, to get to play in all the finals and to play at Headingley.

"I am so grateful for the opportunities and to be part of its history. For me it is the best club in the world and I am glad that I have got to pull that shirt on for the past seven seasons."
