Hull KR prop Sam Luckley is expected to miss the start of the 2025 Super League season after undergoing wrist surgery.
Luckley will only return to full training in 10 weeks, just a few days before his side's season opener at home to Castleford Tigers on 14 February.
The Scotland international, 28, was a part of the Robins side that reached the Grand Final for the first time, only to lose to Wigan Warriors last month.
He has been a key player at Craven Park for the past two years since his move from Salford Red Devils.
