Warrington Wolves captain Stefan Ratchford has signed a new contract until the end of next season.

The versatile 35-year-old will take his Wire career into a 14th year with the deal, having made 339 appearances for the club since joining them from Salford in 2012.

Ratchford, who can play full-back, centre or in the halves, has won two Challenge Cups and a League Leaders' Shield with Warrington as well as collecting six England caps.

Warrington are second in the Super League table, with Ratchford's consistent kicking a feature of their success. He broke the Super League record and equalled the world record for most consecutive successful kicks when he reached 41 earlier this season.
