Scotland will host World Cup winners New Zealand in the first of three November Tests.
The All Blacks, ranked the world's top side, visit Murrayfield on Sunday 11 November, with South Africa playing at the same venue the following Saturday.
Tonga will face Scotland at an undecided venue on 24 November.
All the matches will be shown live on 大象传媒 television after the broadcaster agreed a two-year deal with the Scottish Rugby Union.
Scotland have yet to beat the All Blacks, and were beaten 49-3 the last time the sides met, at Murrayfield in 2010.
However, Andy Robinson's side defeated the Springboks on their last visit to Scotland, in the same series of Tests, while Tonga are on a high after victory over France in the 2011 World Cup.
Scottish Rugby's chief executive Mark Dodson said: "We are delighted to announce our fixtures and firmly believe that these games will excite the interest of our fans."
