Winger Simon Hunt gave the home side an early lead but Albion flanker Sam Hocking went over twice to give Albion a 14-10 advantage at the interval.
A Paul Roberts penalty exetended their lead, with Moseley captain Ben Pienaar in the sin bin, but the hosts hit back through a try from Sam Wilkes.
Paul Bailey got Albion's third try late on before for Toby Howelly-Berridge saw yellow as Moseley scored a penalty try.
