Lam 'happy but not satisfied' with Bristol so far

Bristol director of rugby Pat Lam said he is "happy but not satisfied" with how his side is doing ahead of the Premiership return this weekend.
The Bears travel to Harlequins on Friday night, four weeks after their last league game due to the Autumn Nation Series.
They are third in the table, level on points with Leicester above them and one point behind leaders Bath.
"This first block we've had, I'm happy but not satisfied because we believe we should be undefeated and that we have only ourselves to blame, letting two games go," Lam told 大象传媒 Radio Bristol.
"It also drives us to be even better. We look at what's coming up - a massive game against Quins and then the Champions Cup.
"We set ourselves in the starting place, if you think of Formula 1 with the top three and pole position, to build on. We don't want to miss this opportunity."
Bristol will be without England duo Ellis Genge and Harry Randall for the trip to London, who are having a week's rest after playing in all four games for their country over the last month.
However, they have Viliame Mata back from injury, and Santiago Grondona and AJ MacGinty are also back from international duty and available for selection.
Bristol won two of their three Premiership Rugby Cup matches through November, finishing second in their pool.
They also played a friendly match against Australia A, which ended in a draw.
The benefit, Lam said, is that all of the players across academy, have now had first-team experience with the Champions Cup also beginning next month.
"Fifty-three players have now had a taste of Bears rugby; they could be called upon," Lam said.
"There's a really good feel in the group because everyone's had the opportunity to at least put the jersey on.
"With a small squad, they look around and know they're not far off, particularly the second rowers when you think of how many of them are out. Their chance could be any time, so that is what is creating a good competition and feel in the group."
