Filip Nowacki: Jersey swimmer breaks British age group record

Jersey's Filip Nowacki has broken the British age group record for 16-year-olds in the 100m breaststroke.
Nowacki, who won three medals at last year's Commonwealth Youth Games, set a time of 1:01.46 in the heats at the British Championships in London.
He beat the previous best by 0.52 seconds and qualified fifth-fastest for the final on Wednesday night.
World record holder and reigning Olympic champion Adam Peaty was the fastest qualifier for the final.
Peaty's world leading time was more than 1.5 seconds faster than his nearest rival, with Nowacki - who also won a European Youth Olympics silver medal last year - just under three seconds behind the three-time Olympic gold medallist and eight-time world champion.
