Frank Skinner has been training hard for his Sport Relief 2012 challenge.
This year, the non-swimmer is not only learning HOW to swim but also overcoming a life long phobia of water in order to raise money for children across the UK and the world.
He briefly joined John during Bishop's Week of Hell on day four but he's now back in the pool, trying desperately to master the front stroke.
Will Frank be able to keep his cool in the pool or just end up looking like a fool?
