Robbie's Astrology

Sarah Thorley
Robbie Williams’ star sign is Aquarius - making him friendly, inventive and independent! But can 'astrological psychology' reveal his secrets?

**

I was browsing the internet when I came across Robbie's astrological chart.Ìý
It was drawn up by Joyce Hopewell, an astrologer who not only can be herself consulted on this very site (see links to her messageboard) but whose astrology school is only a few miles from Robbie's own birthplace!

She believes in 'Astrological Psychology' - which aims to combine the techniques of astrology & psychology in order to understand a human personality.
Practitioners use the astrological knowledge of the past with modern psychological insights as tools to help people understand themselves and their motivations better.

So... what does her chart tell us about our lovely Robbie?
Here we use Astrological Psychology to delve into the psyche of the mystical Robbie Williams; what the stars said about his past, what the sun has to say of his future and what that seductive Venus has got to say about love!!

Security

Well.... according to Joyce's chart....
Robbie’s Astrological Psychology shows his motivation towards security, and his need to know exactly where he stands.
I guess this can be seen in Robbie from an early age; perhaps when he joined Take That he realised he needed some kind of security in his career, as their first single charted low at No.82, and so his hard work began from then on maybe, leading up to the Brit Award that Take That received for ‘Could it Be Magic’ in 1993.

However, in retrospect, we know what a blessing it was that Robbie started out solo, leaving his underachieving peers behind in the summer of 1995.
This is a certain indication of Robbie taking control of his life and knowing exactly where he stands... and his chart oozes talent anyway!

Kooky relationship

The kooky relationship between the Sun and Jupiter in Robbie’s chart influences his success and ongoing career development, and are part of his creative "Kite aspect" pattern.
Rob is certainly a creative guy, and a little crazy to boot. In 1995 he slipped into some high heels and a curly wig for a Pepsi advert and more recently became a lady for, British TV series, Little Britain’s special episode in aid of Comic Relief.
Say no more....

On the career development side there seems to be no stopping the boy! Rob’s got more awards than your average mantle piece can hold; fame and fortune seem to follow Robbie around these days.

The Sun and Jupiter also show why Robbie likes to take risks. We’re not just talking about the cross-dressing here, it’s the risks he took when he decided to quit Take That,Ìýleaving his song writing partner Guy Chambers behind in 2002, and even admitting to his drink and drug problems.

Challenge

Rob’s chart also seems to suggest he likes to challenge himself, especially at this time in his life as he’s going through his early thirties. It’s a time in which most people need to sort out where they are going and why.
Already we can see Robbie working on new material and keeping up with his charity work with his own charity Give It Sum and performing at Bob Geldof’s Live 8 concert.

Is has to be noted that Rob is a very good looking chap. He’s rugged yet cheeky, muscular yet a little tubby - but definitely an attractive specimen. Something to do with his Scorpio moon and Pluto apparently explains his sex appeal as well as hisÌý love of tattoos.
Evidence of his appeal is all around us. Robbie has been attached to many beautiful women over the years, like former All Saints singer Nicole Appleton, president of Jimmy Choo shoes Tamara Mellon, supermodel Rachael Hunter and (arguably) a few Spice Girls.

The bottom-line is that Rob’s looks appeal to many people: male, female, young and the more mature. I think it’s the bad boy image that people like, however the cheeky cuddle-me-and-take-me-home look doesn’t do him any harm either.
And he likes to have a good time, which is an attractive quality in anyone.

Who's the One?

Can Robbie’s chart determine who and when he’s going to marry?
Well, erm no, but also this is the wrong kind of chart to say (this is astrological psychology, not fortune-telling! Oh-er!).

However, I’m told, in May 2004 his Saturn returned... and this signified an important time for growing up. Grown he has; but Rob’s eternal youthfulness is a quality that’s given him the energy to keep going as a pop supernova (pun intended!).
