Cast on 54 sts either side of centre 0, using weaving brush method, Knit 2 rows in stocking stitch. Selecting needles for pattern as you knit to the left. Knit 320 rows in multi coloured tuck pattern. Cancel pattern and knit 2 rows st.st. at a loose tension. Cast off very loosely. Decorate edge with either crochet, tuck lace folded edging , or using you 3 pronged tool, pick up 3sts. Knit 3 or 4 rows ,pick up the next 3 sts and repeat al the way round. If you use a charting device-draw a rectangle 46cms wide & 51 cms long (Brother & Toyota) or half each dimension for Knitmaster of Passap/Pfaff (half scale charters) Use your imagination and your cone ends. |
