The 大象传媒 Suffolk Finance Fair is taking place on Wednesday 25 February, 10am to 3pm at the University Campus Suffolk building on the Ipswich Waterfront.

It's free to come along and there will be advice and information about:

• benefits;
• CV clinic;
• making the most of your car, money and mortgages;
• retraining and getting qualified; and
• much more including brewing your own beer.

There will also be a free seminar by David Hare from Mancroft International, exploring how to stay positive and motivated through the recession.

"It's called Winning Edge," said David. "And as well as helping businesses is also aimed at students, retired people, the unemployed, parents, anyone in fact who's looking for new thinking tools that will make them more fulfilled in daily life and specifically get them through the current economic turbulence."

The seminar begins at 12.30pm.

Plus the very elegant students from UCS will be hosting a fashion show displaying the finest threads available from local charity shops.

It's all part of the regular Raw Money features on the James Hazell show (0930-1300 weekdays). He'll present the programme live from the event on the Wednesday.
