Teacher Notes

You could ask your class to share times when they have been angry and how it made them feel.

They could then have a go at the activities that Dr Radha, Ben and Breagha try with the 'Feelings Friends' - e.g. banging a drum, stomping and the breathing exercise.

This clip is relevant for use with children at Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) in England, Wales and Northern Ireland and Scotland.

It is also suitable for teaching PSHE at KS1 and Health and Wellbeing at Early and 1st Level.
