What happens in the Gladiators ý micro:bit Live Lesson?
Phantom and Dynamite go head-to-head in this exciting design and technology Live Lesson to celebrate the launch of the new Gladiators micro:bit competition.
During this curriculum linked lesson for 7-11 year olds, we'll be working together to design a fitness gadget powered by the ý micro:bit to help the Gladiators win a head-to-head eliminator.
Mwaksy Mudenda and Newsround’s Emma-Louise Amanshia will be helping two teams of young designers develop their ideas inside a top secret Gladiators training camp.
By the end, your class will be buzzing with inspiration for their own designs to enter in the competition.

Who are the Gladiators?
Phantom and Dynamite are part of new generation of 'TV superhumans' who take on brave contenders in the ultimate test of speed and strength. Your pupils will have seen them in action during the latest series of Gladiators on iPlayer. Catch up with all episodes here.
