PSHE KS1 / KS2: Moodboosters - Imagine

The Moodboosters videos on this page are designed to encourage children to use their imagination. These classroom activities promote creativity and optimism in pupils whilst encouraging them to use their imagination to envision their goals and aspirations. Using our imagination is a powerful way of helping us see alternative possibilities. It’s easy to believe that life won't change from one moment to the next, but drawing upon positive memories or visualising what the future might be can help remind us of more positive ways of feeling.
