Grand Marnier Souffl茅
Our recipe serves four.
Ingredients
4 egg
whites
120 g castor sugar
150 g custard mix
500ml hot water
150ml cold water
25ml Gran Marnier
Butter
Castor sugar
Icing sugar
Method
1. Mix custard with boiling water slowly allowing time to thicken.
2.
Thicken to a dropping consistency the add Gran Marnier and leave
to cool.
3.
Butter inside of the ramkins and roll caster sugar.
4.
Whip egg whites until fluffy and add sugar slowly.
5.
Fold into cooled custard put in ramkins level with a spatula and
cook at 180 degrees c for 10 minutes.
6.
Dust with icing sugar and serve immediately.
